How to read this board
StepOne box off the Momnt SOPs FigJam, in client-lifecycle order — sales at the top, chasing invoices at the bottom.
StackThe system the step actually runs on today (Notion, Frame.io, Slack, Tally, Stripe, Instagram…). Editing it re-checks the hook automatically.
HookHow reachable that system is for automation: MCP = an agent can drive it today · API = connectable with a bit of glue · Native = it's already ALIVE/Claude · None = manual island (looking at you, Instagram).
GateWhat has to happen before the step can fire: chain = the previous step is checked off and its context has landed where it needs to land · external = waiting on the client or a third party (reply, footage, payment) · clock = time-fired (Day 7, Friday, month-open).
Typesauce = needs David or Caspar's judgment and taste · evergreen = identical every client, every time. Click to flip.
OwnerWho holds the step after this workshop: David, Caspar, Abi, an editor, or System (ALIVE runs it). This is the delegation map for Abi's onboarding.
H/clHonest hours this step costs per client, per month — filled in live. The client dial up top multiplies it out: at 4 clients it's 4× that on someone's calendar. The little ×N / fixed toggle marks overhead steps (founders sync, daily sweep) that cost the same at any client count. This is the time-planning and hiring model. Set avg $/client/mo next to the dial and the sidebar shows revenue at N clients plus effective $/hr — all hours, and founder-hours-only, which is the rate that climbs as steps move off David and Caspar.
⚡ + skill group⚡ marks a step that could become a skill. Give steps the same skill name to chain them: one workflow = a single holistic skill, across workflows = a multi-part skill. The sidebar builds the roadmap as you type.
The play: evergreen + hooked = automate now · sauce + hooked = copilot · sauce + no hook = the founders' real job.
